Blanc Du Bois 2023

Grown at Smith Family Vineyard in 2023.  The grapes were pressed at Majek and aged in Stainless Steel tanks for 1 year. 

This aging yielded a beautiful, bright, light wine, with melon, peach, and citrus notes...a style similar to Sauvignon Blanc. 

Best served with fish, salads, and pool-side with relaxing with friends.
